About

Oliver Bagley

Oliver Bagley -
Digital Commerce Lead.

I am an eCommerce Manager and systems lead with a focus on conversion, D2C growth, and making complex platforms actually work together. I connect the commercial goals of a business with the technical execution required to achieve them.

Most recently as eCommerce Manager at Frog Bikes, I owned the full commerce operation. This meant managing the platform (Magento), steering the CRO roadmap, running lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo), and bridging the gap between our internal teams and external agencies. By aligning our technical operations with our commercial strategy, I drove consistent D2C growth from ~25 bikes/month to over 450.

I tend to be the person who gets called when something needs to scale or untangling. Because I have an engineering mindset and am comfortable writing code myself, I can manage both the high-level P&L impact and the deepest technical integrations.
